Due to the success of our Perth office which opened in September 2007, we are now moving to larger premises and looking for a Branch Secretary to complete the picture!
Hill McGlynn is a recruitment firm specializing in the construction sector. Commencing in the UK over 30 years ago, we have been making a name for ourselves in the Australian market since 2001 and now have offices in 4 states and further expansion planned! We are fast becoming the recruiter and employer of choice within the industry.
As Branch Secretary, you will be providing sales support to a team of busy consultants and your day will include duties such as:
- Typing letters, reports, references and formatting cv's
- Advertising management
- Attending team meetings & producing minutes
- Meeting & greeting clients and candidates
- Marketing
- Making sure our office is always immaculate and ready to impress!
We need someone who is well presented with excellent people skills and who is looking to take that next step in their career. Someone who isn't afraid of a bit of hard work! On offer is a base salary in the mid $30k's plus super, the opportunity to earn bonuses up to 10% of your salary as well as legendary conferences held twice a year.
